US 'allowed Zarqawi to escape'

The United States deliberately passed up repeated opportunities to kill the head of al-Qaeda in Iraq, Jordanian-born terrorist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, before the March 2003 US-led invasion of that country.
This is not really "new" news. I read about this before the Iraq war started. But it is a great example of how the US sanctions terrorism, in the most hypocritical possible way-- considering Zarqawi is now officially the head of Al-CIA-duh in Iraq.
